Abant Palace Hotel, Abant (Bolu)

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was located by extraction and was a good size, divided into three sections with a living room and bedroom. However, they charged me for an extra bed which made the space feel small. The service was excellent, with staff working hard to please guests and being especially kind to our 9-month-old twins. The location was isolated but perfect for those seeking seclusion, boasting a breathtaking view of the lake. The dining options did not meet my expectations, but the facilities were fantastic overall.

Our honeymoon anniversary stay was comfortable in the living room and bedroom with a built-in jacuzzi inside. The twin beds provided a cozy setup, perfect for a romantic getaway. The hotel has its ups and downs, making it a mixed experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was relaxing and just by the lake, the room placement above a loud dance music restaurant and the additional charge for an extra bed without providing it were quite disappointing. However, the service was professional and helpful, and the hotel's location near the north shore of the lake was perfect.

A special shoutout to Orhan who went out of his way to help us with our luggage dilemma, even though it was a booking mistake on our end. However, there was a slight inconvenience when we had to move rooms after a crib was put in.
